Google Maps
Knowing how to use Google Maps makes it easy for me to share with others the places I've been to and enjoy visiting, from great vacation spots to delicious restaurants or fun attractions. Google maps allows you to:
- use three different map views (normal, satellite, and terrain)
- select a specific type of travel (car, public transportation, or walking)
- customize your own map
- set/find directions to any place you want to
These features not only make it useful for personal use it also allows business to:
- put data on a map and see information in more insightful
ways.
- Import data from a spreadsheet or database, including commercial locations and
sales territories, into a map and easily share information with stakeholders
There is no
specialized training required to use Google Maps which makes it a great resource to use for anybody. Be sure to check out
